NYC Metro: A Strategic City for the End-Time Global Harvest
A City of Nations
The New York City Metro is one of the most culturally diverse cities in the entire world. Famous for its historical landmarks such as Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty, New York City has welcomed immigrants from all over the world for centuries. Today, almost 40% of the population in the metro area are foreign born! Representing people groups from over 150 different countries, NYC is a strategic international mission field as well as a sending base to the nations.
A City of Influence
New York City is the most influential global city in modern time. Like the ancient city of Biblical Ephesus, NYC is a strategic hub for dozens of industries including high finance, media, publishing, trade, commerce, art, and education. What happens in this powerful city sets a tone for the United States along with the rest of the world. We believe God has a plan to rescue, redeem, and restore the people of New York and to use this influential city for His glory. Metro NYC is key to reaching the harvest with the Gospel of Christ in these last days.
A City of Supply
With all the labor, manpower, technology, transportation, and finance located within the New York City Metro, this region is a dynamic supply base to the world. We believe God has called NYC to be a city of supply in the spirit as well. The unique combination of ethnic groups, travel hubs, wealth, and resources gifted to this city has enormous potential to supply and finance international laborers for the Gospel in astounding ways. When souls come into the Kingdom of God, their resources and supply can be surrendered to Jesus and shaped into powerful tools for His eternal plans!
1st Stop on the Line: New Haven, CT
The first location the Lord instructed us to begin reaching in the NYC Metro is New Haven, Connecticut. The last train stop from Manhattan on the Metro North line, New Haven is situated just 75 miles west of NYC proper. A mini-New York in itself, this historic city along the north shores of Long Island Sound is home to an ethnically and economically diverse population. It is also the center of Yale University, making it a strategic location for reaching students from all across the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Join a Prayer Group or Prayer Trip
The best way to soften hard soil and prepare it for the ministry of the Word is through prayer. We are currently laying groundwork in the Spirit for this strategic region and the nations it impacts. If you want to give your supply in prayer for the NYC Metro Church planting project, we have two Kingdom Advancers prayer groups for you to join: Kingdom Advancers NYC Metro or Kingdom Advancers New Haven. We will also be hosting group prayer trips to these areas in the near future.

New York City proper as well as the surrounding commuter areas are some of the most expensive regions in the entire world. The cost of living, real estate, and property taxes are roughly 2-3 times more than the Midwest. As a result, we are currently needing donors to support New Life Metro’s outreach to this region! Your sponsorship will help cover relocation costs, church start-up expenses, meeting facilities, prayer trips, and other ministry-related items.
